WHISPPER CARPET EXTRACTORS
Whispper is a new age extractor with wet and dry vacuum
cleaning capabilities. A new design prevents injuries and property
damage with its ease of operation and easy access to switches, which are located
on the handle.
As implied by its name, Whispper is quiet; engineered with a muffling system
(silencer).
